RR Kabel Faces ₹249.9 Million Lawsuit From Ex-CEO Over Wrongful Termination

RR Kabel Ltd. on Sunday said its former chief executive officer Dinesh Aggarwal has filed a commercial suit against the company, claiming damages of ₹249.93 million over what he alleges was a wrongful termination. The damages sought are subject to interest at 18% per annum until realisation, the company said in an exchange filing.

The company had removed Aggarwal from the CEO role on April. 22, 2024, but did not publicly disclose any specific reason for the dismissal.
