Route Mobile CEO Gautam Badalia Resigns

Route Mobile Ltd. said late Friday that Chief Executive Officer Gautam Badalia has resigned, effective Thursday.  He has also stepped down as the company’s chief investor relations officer, it said in an exchange filing.

The resignation comes after the Mobile network operator posted a 32% decline in its consolidated net profit, as per a report by Business Standard. 

Meanwhile, the company’s board has approved Rajdipkumar Gupta's redesignation as Managing Director and CEO, effective 18 July 2025, the report added.
