PFC Sets Up Saswad Transmission To Develop Pune Power Project

PFC Consulting Ltd., a wholly owned arm of Power Finance Corp. Ltd., has incorporated Saswad Transmission Ltd. as a wholly owned subsidiary, the parent company said in an exchange filing on Monday.

Saswad Transmission will develop a 400/220 kilovolt transmission project in Saswad, Pune. PFC Consulting, which was appointed bid process coordinator by the Ministry of Power, formed the special purpose vehicle to carry out key preparatory activities, including surveys, report drafting, land acquisition, and forest clearances, if needed
