Motherson Sumi Wiring Allots ₹2.21 Billion Bonus Shares

Motherson Sumi Wiring India on Monday said it has allotted 2.21 billion fully paid-up bonus shares worth ₹2.21 billion.

Following the issue, the company's paid-up equity share capital has risen to ₹6.63 billion, it said in a filing.
