Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. on Friday reported a 1% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹39.11 billion for the March quarter. The company had posted a net profit of ₹39.52 billion in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations rose to ₹409.20 billion in the quarter ended March 31 from ₹384.71 billion a year ago, the carmaker said in a regulatory filing.
For the full financial year 2024-25 (Apr–Mar), net profit grew 7.5% on year to ₹145.00 billion from ₹134.88 billion in FY24. Annual revenue increased to ₹1.52 trillion from ₹1.41 trillion in the previous year.
The company sells popular models such as the Swift, Baleno, Brezza, and Grand Vitara.
