LTIMindtree Signs $450-Million Multi-Year Deal With Global Agribusiness Leader

LTIMindtree Ltd. on Monday said it has signed a $450-million, multi-year agreement with a global agribusiness company to deliver artificial intelligence-powered IT services.

As part of the agreement, LTIMindtree will roll out an AI-led operating model to manage applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, the company said in an exchange filing.

The suite of services will be built on platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure, alongside the company's proprietary AI frameworks. The goal is to enhance the client’s efficiency, scalability, and global expansion, it added.
