HUDCO Board Clears ₹650-Billion Fundraise Plan For FY26

Housing and Urban Development Corp. Ltd. has received board approval to raise up to ₹650 billion in 2025–26, the company said in an exchange filing Friday. The board also cleared a proposal to raise the company's overall borrowing limit to ₹2.5 trillion from ₹1.5 trillion.

In the October–December quarter, HUDCO posted a 41.6% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹7.35 billion, driven by a 149% surge in disbursals to ₹100.61 billion.
