HCL Tech Inks 10-Year Deal With Dunedin City Council To Modernise IT Services

HCL Technologies Ltd. on Thursday said it has signed a 10-year partnership with New Zealand’s Dunedin City Council to overhaul and manage its information technology systems for improved service delivery.

Under the deal, HCL Tech will upgrade the council's IT infrastructure across key areas including cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, IT asset management, network services, and service management. The company will deploy automation and artificial intelligence tools to minimise downtime and offer 24/7 virtual support.
