Granules India's Joint MD & CEO Kandiraju Rao Resigns, Effective July 31

Granules India Ltd. on Friday said Kandiraju Venkata Sitaram Rao, the joint managing director and chief executive officer, has resigned from his roles. He will also cease to be a key managerial personnel, the company informed in an exchange filing.

Rao’s resignation will take effect from the close of business on July 31. He had submitted his resignation letter on June 20, but did not cite any reason for stepping down.
