Godrej Properties Acquires 16-Acre Plot In Pune

Godrej Properties Ltd. on Tuesday said it has acquired a 16-acre land parcel at Upper Kharadi in Pune, with a developable potential of 2.5 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of ₹31 billion.

The project will primarily consist of premium residential units and high-street retail space, the company said in a filing. Earlier this month, Godrej Properties had also acquired a 14-acre plot in Pune, taking the combined revenue potential of both developments to ₹73 billion.
