Godrej Properties Acquires 14-Acre Land In Pune For Premium Housing Project

Godrej Properties said Monday it has acquired a land parcel of around 14 acres in Kharadi-Wagholi, Pune. The company plans to develop primarily premium group housing on this site.

The project has a developable potential of about 3.7 million sq ft and an estimated revenue potential of ₹42 billion, the company said in an exchange filing.
