FSN E-Commerce Ventures Announces NCLT Approval For Demerger Of B2B Segment

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd. confirmed on Saturday that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the demerger of the company’s online business-to-business (B2B) segment to Nykaa E-Retail Ltd. from FSN Distribution Ltd. Both Nykaa E-Retail and FSN Distribution are wholly-owned subsidiaries of FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the company said in an exchange filing.
