Federal Bank Appoints Venkatraman Venkateswaran As Executive Director 

Federal Bank has appointed Venkatraman Venkateswaran as executive director for a three-year term starting Thursday, subject to shareholder approval, the bank said in an exchange filing.

Venkateswaran, who joined the bank in April 2021 as group president, currently also serves as its chief financial officer. He oversees multiple key areas including financial reporting, taxation, operations, credit administration, and collections.

The bank confirmed he is not disqualified from holding the post by any regulatory authority.
