CCI Clears Coromandel’s ₹8.2 Billion Deal To Acquire NACL Stake

The Competition Commission of India has approved Coromandel International Ltd.’s proposal to acquire 53% in NACL Industries Ltd. from KLR Products Ltd. for ₹8.2 billion.

NACL has a strong domestic branded formulations business and also exports agrochemicals and does contract manufacturing for global firms.
