Brigade Enterprises Inks JDA for East Bengaluru Housing Project

Brigade Enterprises Ltd. has signed a joint development agreement for a 10.75-acre land parcel in east Bengaluru to build a residential project, the company said in a filing Monday.

The project has a saleable area potential of 2.5 million square feet with an estimated gross development value of around  ₹25 billion, it added.
