Bajaj Finance MD Anup Kumar Saha Resigns; Rajeev Jain Takes Over

Bajaj Finance on Monday said Managing Director Anup Kumar Saha has resigned with immediate effect citing personal reasons.

Following his exit, the board has redesignated Executive Vice-Chairman Rajeev Jain as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director for the remainder of his term till March 31, 2028, the company said in a filing.
