Apollo Tyres Raises Stake In Green Infra Wind Power Projects To 21.3%

Apollo Tyres Ltd. on Monday said it has increased its stake in Green Infra Wind Power Projects Ltd. by 3.43 percentage points to 21.27%.

The company bought 60,000 shares of the renewable energy player for ₹600,000 to procure wind power, it said in an exchange filing.

Green Infra Wind operates a 24 megawatt wind power project in Tamil Nadu. It reported a turnover of ₹2.35 billion as of March. 31, up from ₹2.09 billion a year ago.
