Adani Ports To Raise $1 Billion Via Foreign Debt

Adani Ports said its board has approved raising up to $1 billion via a tender offer for outstanding senior notes over the next six financial quarters. The finance committee has been authorised to determine the timing, terms, and structure of the fundraising.
